Private sessions are a great way to deepen your practice in a much more intimate and personalized setting. 

 

During your sessions, you will learn how to:

 

  • ground your body so it is not working against you. 

  • increase flexibility and strength 

  • improve connection with your breath

  • create a fulfilling practice to help you center and feel good in your body

 

Private sessions are great for beginner students, if you are looking for 1:1 support or rehabbing an injuring.
